Alan Belasco

ALAN BELASCO is a paralegal under contract with the Firm to assist the attorneys in the Probate and Trust Administration Practice Area.  Alan’s role is to provide quality legal support services to the supervising attorney in order to obtain the best result possible for our clients in a cost-effective manner.

A paralegal for 25 years, Alan has consistently worked in administration of decedent estates, probate and limited conservatorships, and guardianship. Alan offers our clients strong skills in preparing fiduciary accounts, in particular, those submitted for formal court approval.  Another one of Alan’s strengths is in shepherding the sale of real property subject to probate court supervision in a decedent estate, conservatorship, or guardianship proceeding.
