Amber Echeverria

Amber Echeverria joined our Firm in January, 2019 and assists Partner, Jim Leese, the Estate Planning and Trust Administration practice group leader with all of his matters and clients. She is also responsible to the Firm’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration Practice Group attorneys to assist them with their preparation of ancillary documents for decedent's estate plans and with file management, including maintaining client contact throughout the process.

She began her career for 9 years as a Paralegal/Delinquency/Claim Administrator for a Bankruptcy Trustee office. Amber then focused her career for the next 12 years as a Paralegal specializing in probate, estate planning, taxation, preparing notices for probate cases and trust administration files, filing legal documents with the court, and preparing petitions, orders, and ensuring the timeliness of probate and estate administrative proceedings. Amber is also experienced with the preparation of documents for the transfer of securities, and has facilitated appraisals of tangible properties, assisted with probate sales, and itemized inventory of estates and trusts, promoting the accurate valuation of assets. She has also prepared fiduciary accounting, obtained EIN or TIN numbers, witnessed and assembled wills and trusts and maintained client books, record deeds, change of ownership and affidavits of trust and certifications of death, managing all aspects of client accounts.
