Devona Chiles is a Senior Paralegal in the Firm’s Uncontested Probate and Trust Administration Practice Group at FERRUZZO. Devona has over 17 years’ experience in Estate Planning and Trust Administration. She has great knowledge in preparing trust administrations from start to finish, which includes, but is not limited to, drafting Trust Administration Accountings, Probate Code 16061.7 Notifications, real property title change forms, Probate Code 850 Heggstad Petitions, and obtaining EIN or TIN numbers. Devona also has experience designing Trusts, Pour Over Wills, and other estate planning documents as well as filing legal documents with the court.
Outside of the firm, Devona is an Adjunct Instructor in the ABA-accredited Legal Studies Program at Fremont University. She is also the founder of the Unity of Life Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization designed to prevent homelessness. Devona enjoys the law and helping people in her personal life and career. She resides in Long Beach with her husband of 23 years and their daughter.
