Holly Elder

HOLLY ELDER is a Senior Legal Assistant in the Estate Planning & Trust Administration Department of Ferruzzo.

Holly received her Master’s in Human Rights and Transitional Justice at Hebrew University in Jerusalem and her Bachelor’s in Government and Politics at University of Maryland.  Prior to her employment with Ferruzzo, Holly worked as a Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.

Holly joined Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP in July 2017 as the Senior Legal Assistant to James K. Leese in Estate Planning and Administration. Holly assists Mr. Leese with advanced estate planning, wills and  trusts and the preparation of documents such as healthcare directives, durable power of attorneys, quitclaim deeds, and other ancillary estate planning documents. She also has previous experience in probate as well as managing estate administration processes from start to finish, including preparing and filing probate documents, creating and funding trusts, valuing assets, preparing and filing detailed accountings for estate assets.

A recent East Coast transplant, Holly spends her free time exploring southern California.
