Kyle B. Roybal

KYLE B. ROYBAL is an associate attorney at Ferruzzo. Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with Pre-Law Concentration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2007, received his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in 2013, and was admitted to the California bar in 2013.

While in law school, Kyle served as a certified law clerk in the Orange County District Attorneys’ Office- DNA Unit, where he worked under Senior Deputy District Attorney Robert Mestman. Kyle was also a member of the Honors Moot Court Team and served as the Law Review Managing Editor.

As an attorney, Kyle’s practice focuses on litigated trust and probate matters in both Orange and Los Angeles Counties. His practice also includes conservatorships and guardianships. Kyle is a member of the Firm’s Probate, Trust and Probate Litigation Practice Group. Kyle has previously handled a wide range of civil litigation matters including employment disputes, business disputes, and real property disputes involving homeowners associations. Kyle resides in Costa Mesa, California with his wife and son and enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach or playing tennis.
