Lauren E. Martin

LAUREN E. MARTIN is an Associate with Ferruzzo. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and later earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration in 2013.

Ms. Martin joins Ferruzzo with a wealth of experience focusing on probate and trust litigation. She has personally prepared from start to finish all aspects of trial preparation including drafting and responding to discovery, preparing fact and expert witnesses, conducting and defending fact and expert witness depositions and preparing trial briefs and exhibit binders. She has appeared on all hearings for motions she has written and filed and has also been second seat throughout a few trials. Ms. Martin has also drafted revocable/irrevocable trusts, Medi-Cal asset protection trusts, deed transfers, etc. and represented trustees in actions to distribute, manage, and account for assets, contest and compile complex accountings, partition real property, and all other fiduciary obligations.

Prior to joining the legal profession, Ms. Martin worked alongside prominent stakeholders in Washington D.C. and Sacramento, shaping public affairs communications with media pundits, politicians, voters, homeowners, business entrepreneurs and local municipalities.  

Ms. Martin enjoys spending time traveling with her family and actively participating in her church and community.
