LEENA REGE is a Senior Associate with Ferruzzo. She Joins Ferruzzo with  18 years of experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial leases (industrial, office, restaurant, and retail), land use, and escrow, survey and title documents as well as real property and title issues, assessments issues, financing issues and construction issues. Includes negotiating, drafting and reviewing acquisition/disposition agreements, development agreements, construction agreements, financing documents (borrower/lender agreements), due diligence documents. For several years at a prior National Firm, she represented corporations, lenders, banks, mortgage companies, escrow companies, loan servicers, investors, developers, construction companies, etc. on real estate transactional and litigation issues including breach of contract, mortgages, financing, funding, leasing, receiverships, construction, mechanic’s liens, title, bankruptcy etc.
