MARLA MARTINEZ is a Paralegal in the Firm’s Business Litigation and Corporate Practice Groups of Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP.
Marla joined the Firm in 2023 and is responsible for assisting the Firm’s attorneys with Employment matters. Marla is experienced in both court and jury trials in complex state and federal civil courts, and in binding arbitration and mediation proceedings. Marla also provides further legal support with overall case management, including maintaining client contact throughout the litigation process, locating witnesses, performing investigative research, gathering and preparing evidence, and drafting related legal documents.
Marla earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of California-Irvine in 2008 and thereafter obtained a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School in 2017. During law school, Marla was awarded an American Jurisprudence Award for earning the highest grade in her Legal Institutions and Values course and was a member of the Trinity Law Review.
Marla resides in Orange County with her family and enjoys working out, crafting, gardening, and cooking.
