Shayda Nassirian

Shayda Nassirian is an associate attorney at Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP, supporting the litigation practice group. Ms. Nassirian graduated from Loyola Marymount University with honors in 2011, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Women’s Studies.  Ms. Nassirian earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2014 and was admitted to the California bar in 2015. During law school, Ms. Nassirian volunteered her time to the Legal Aid Foundation providing pro bono legal assistance to families and individuals filing for divorce, dealing with child support, paternity and custody issues, as well as obtaining domestic violence and civil harassment restraining orders.  

Ms. Nassirian currently focuses on business litigation and has extensive law and motion experience conducting the pre-trial litigation of cases in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. She represents our clients in areas including contract disputes, partnership and corporate dissolution, fraud, negligent misrepresentation and appellate proceedings.  In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach and practicing yoga.
