TEAL SCHOONOVER joined Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo in May, 2017 as a Legal Intern. Teal was assigned wills, trusts, advanced healthcare directives, durable power of attorneys, quitclaim deeds, and other ancillary estate planning documents to review for clients. She also processed trust administration documents, including death of trustee affidavits, date of death value forms, SS-4 applications, California Probate Code Section 16061.7 notifications, and beneficiary distribution and researched and drafted legal memoranda on issues of trust administration and tax, contract, and corporate law.
The Firm expects Teal to be licensed in December, 2017 and begin her practice as an attorney in its Estate planning, Probate and Trust Administration departments.
