ALAN BELASCO is a probate paralegal assisting the six attorneys that make up the Estate, Probate & Trust Administration Practice Area. As part of an attorney/paralegal team, Alan's role is to provide quality legal support services to the supervising attorney in order to obtain the best result possible for our clients in a cost effective manner.
A paralegal for nineteen years, Alan has consistently worked in probate, conservatorship, and guardianship administration. Alan offers our clients strong skills in preparing fiduciary accounts, in particular those submitted for formal court approval. Another of Alan's strengths is in shepherding the sale of real property subject to probate court supervision in a decedent estate, conservatorship, or guardianship proceeding.
