JOHN G. BRADSHAW is Of Counsel at the law firm of Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP. He was born May 20, 1940, in Upland, California, and admitted to the California bar in 1966. He received his bachelors degree from the University of Redlands in 1962, his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), in 1965. Academic awards and honors include University of Redlands Presidential Scholarship, membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, a national men's leadership fraternity; at Boalt Hall, his curriculum, included seminars and specialized courses, in Business Planning, including Tax, Corporate Securities, and Corporation Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate Securities Transaction, and Contract Drafting.
Mr. Bradshaw conducted lectures on business and estate planning and served as an instructor for the American College of Life Underwriters for its advanced estate planning course.
Mr. Bradshaw's current practice of law is limited to General Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Estate Planning, and related matters. He has extensive business litigation experience and has served as counsel to over seventy-five manufacturing, wholesale and retail sales, service, contracting, and professional corporate clients, and as counsel to Superior Court judges, attorneys, and certified public accountants. Mr. Bradshaw also serves as a mediator and arbitrator.
Mr. Bradshaw resides in Villa Park, California, with his wife, Carolyn. They have four children: Jeffrey, Jennifer, Janelle, and Jay.
