JOHN N. FLETCHER attended the University of San Diego where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999. Mr. Fletcher spent several years in the fields of software technical support, sales and account management, customer service, and production line management prior to attending Whittier Law School. While in law school, Mr. Fletcher attained membership in the Moot Court Honors Board and the Trial Advocacy Honors Board. He was a class representative for the Student Bar Association as well as President of the Whittier Public Interest Law Foundation. Since joining the Firm in 2005, his focus has been civil litigation for business clients: providing support in disputes over real estate transactions, landlord/tenant, manufacturing, collections, employment, technology, trade secret, and business practices. He brings value to the Firm's litigation clients by providing efficient research, discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation. Mr. Fletcher takes pride in service he provides.
