JOHN R. PELLE a partner of Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP. He was born September 2, 1948 in Fullerton and, except for absences to serve in the United States Naval Reserve and to attend law school, has been a resident of Orange County, California his entire life. Mr. Pelle received his Bachelors Degree from California State University, Fullerton in 1975, his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1978, and was admitted to the California State Bar in November, 1978.

Mr. Pelle manages the firm's business and commercial litigation practice, supervises and trains the firm's new associate attorneys while maintaining a full litigation practice. His practice consists of a variety of general business, and commercial litigation including contract disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, employer liability, and construction litigation. Having been admitted to the State Bar of California, Mr. Pelle has also been admitted to the Bar of the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Pelle has also been appointed Discovery Referee by various Judges of the Orange County Superior Court.

Mr. Pelle resides in Placentia, California with his wife Chris, and their children, Matt and Samantha. Mr. Pelle is presently a member of the Troop Committee of Troop 1740 of the Boy Scouts of America. He has served as a referee for the Junior United Soccer Association (JUSA) for eleven years, and has sat on the board of the East Placentia Little League.
