NANCY C. FERRUZZO is a senior associate in the law firm of Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP. She was admitted to the California bar in 1978. She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and at Irvine, and received her juris doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law, in 1978, where she wrote for the law review. She completed a masters of business administration degree in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1983, graduating with honors and receiving the University's Outstanding Graduate Award.

Ms. Ferruzzo's practice consists of business transactions, including the formation, acquisition, reorganization and sale of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, with an emphasis on tax issues and consequences. In addition, she handles tax disputes, representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, California State Board of Equalization and the United States Tax Court.

She has been an instructor in the Graduate Tax Program at Golden Gate University, and participated in panels for tax and estate planning seminars for the Orange County Bar Association and California Continuing Education of the Bar.

Ms. Ferruzzo resides in San Juan Capistrano with her husband, Tony, who is the current principal of the new San Juan Hills High School in San Juan Capistrano, having previously founded Northwood High School in Irvine. In her free time, she enjoys bicycling and music. She plays cello and piano, is a long-time subscriber to the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Orange County Philharmonic Laguna Chamber Music Series, and regularly attends other concerts and plays in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. Her favorite pastime is attending performances of their son, Joe, who is a trumpet player and graduate music student at the University of Southern California.
