THOMAS G. FERRUZZO is a partner of Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP. He was Born on October 15, 1941, and graduated from Loyola University of Los Angeles with a bachelor of science degree in electronics engineering. He received his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude in 1972 from Western State University. Tom resides in Orange County with his wife, Diane. They have eleven grandchildren who keep them young. Tom is an avid windsurfer, water skier and scuba diver.

From 1963 through 1972, Tom worked as an Electronics Engineer, with a three year stint on the launch team at Cape Kennedy, Florida, for the third stage of Saturn V. Admitted to the California Bar in 1972, Tom worked as an Associate Deputy Counsel for McDonnell Douglas Corporation until he left for private practice, forming the firm of Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP.

Tom has been the lead acquisition attorney in mergers and acquisitions, exceeding a billion dollars in value. He has been the lead acquisition attorney for Holland Chemical International, n.v., since 1984, successfully assisting them in over 31 acquisitions throughout United States, Canada and Mexico, which increased the company's gross sales in North America from under 20 million dollars to over 650 million dollars.

Tom has considerable experience in business organizations, including assisting entrepreneurs with the decisions in the make up of start up companies, executive compensation planning, reorganization or companies, and resolving disputes between shareholders, partners and members of limited liability companies. In addition, over the years Tom has prepared private offerings (Reg D) for investment opportunities in windmill farms, real estate limited partnerships, manufacturing facilities and veterinary laboratories.

Tom represents the Orange County Automobile Dealership Association and major automobile dealerships, assisting in the acquisition of land for the Tustin Auto Mall and the Foothill Ranch Auto Mall, including all phases of the construction, operation and licensing of the dealerships' facilities. The firm represented dealerships in the Orange County area from 1983.

In addition to his professional involvement, Mr. Ferruzzo acted as counsel for the American Heart Association in Orange County for nine years, assisting in the construction of the facility at U.C. Irvine, and currently represents Family Solutions, Inc., a non profit organization devoted to the care and housing of children in Orange County.
