TRUST ADMINISTRATION PARALEGAL

The ideal candidate will be a talented and certified paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in trust administration.  The successful candidate must have the ability to handle multiple cases, from beginning through completion, with minimal supervision.  The position requires a working knowledge of all aspects of the trust administration process.  A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must and the applicant must possess an excellent work ethic, a professional attitude, strong written/verbal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Word and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat is preferred, and working knowledge of WordPerfect and Desksite/iManage is a plus.  Responsibilities will include maintaining communication with clients, drafting and/or finalizing various types of correspondence and documentation related to all aspects of the administration of a decedent’s estate, processing forms and filings with county/state offices, and organizing and maintaining client files.

CIVIL LITIGATION TRIAL PARALEGAL

The ideal candidate will be a talented and certified paralegal with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil litigation.  The position requires a working knowledge of all aspects of trial preparation in State and Federal Courts.  A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must and the applicant must possess an excellent work ethic, a professional attitude, and strong written/verbal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Word and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat is preferred, and working knowledge of WordPerfect and Desksite/iManage is a plus.  Responsibilities will generally include excellent client communication, organizing and maintaining files, drafting and/or finalizing correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and law and motion, and will specifically include preparing cases for trial including calendar maintenance, document reviews and summaries, deposition summaries, the preparation of exhibits and exhibit lists, and all other aspects of completed trial binders.
