ATTORNEY - EMPLOYMENT LAW

The ideal candidate must have three or more years of employment law experience advising employers, as well as drafting various employment-related documents such as employment agreements, severance agreements, and employee handbooks.  The position requires knowledge of wage and hour laws, leaves of absence, terminations, and of other employment law compliance issues.  The candidate must be self-motivated, have an excellent work ethic, impeccable attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and excellent written, verbal and research skills.  Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw is required, and working knowledge of WordPerfect and Desksite/iManage is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is also a plus.
