In- and out-of-court workouts drawing on lawyers from multiple disciplines within the Firm skilled in negotiation and litigation to resolve co-ownership disputes, construction disputes including mechanic’s liens, and landlord/tenant issues. This includes disputes over fair market rental value and common area maintenance charges and lease termination, prosecution, and defense of unlawful detainer actions.
Structuring, negotiating and documenting secured financing transactions representing our borrower and lender clients involved in traditional, securitized or structured debt transactions for the acquisition, construction, improvement or refinancing of all types of commercial real estate.
