ALISON C. GIBBS is a Senior Associate with FERRUZZO. Ms. Gibbs was born in Toledo, Ohio and admitted to the California Bar in 2008. She earned her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University in 2003, and her juris doctor degree from Santa Clara School of Law in 2007.
As a member of the firm’s Employment Practice Group, Alison represents employers in a wide-range of employment-related litigation, with an emphasis in wage and hour defense. Alison also regularly advises employers before litigation ever occurs, handling employment disputes and managing day-to-day employee issues, including reviewing employee handbooks/personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, leave issues, internal investigations, lay-offs, disciplinary action, terminations, severance negotiations, and other employment practices.
Alison resides in Newport Beach and enjoys Ohio State football, running, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
