Alyse M. Frederick

ALYSE M. FREDERICK is an Associate in the Estate Planning and Trust Administration Practice Group at Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo, LLP. She graduated cum lade from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received her Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. Alyse is published by Thomson Reuters in the growing and delicate area of working with clients with diminished capacity (Alzheimer’s dementia). Alyse’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate administration and conservatorships. She enjoys using her expertise to create solid estate plans that preserve wealth and provide security for future generations. Alyse is experienced in drafting wills, health care directives, powers of attorney, revocable trusts and complex trusts including ILITs, IDGTs, SLATs, CRUTs, and QPRTs. She also has experience in tax planning, corporate formation, and business-succession planning. Alyse works closely with families experiencing life changes and trauma. She counsels clients and helps families navigate the trust administration and probate processes with sensitivity and discretion. Alyse’s inherent passion for working with families also extends to protecting society’s most vulnerable members through conservatorships. Alyse is an Orange County native and can often be found at the beach with her daughter and their rescue dog Rusty.
