JUDY LIAU joined our Firm in November 2019 as a paralegal assisting attorneys in the Firm’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration Practice Group.  Judy has a wealth of experience preparing, filing and assisting with Petitions for Probate Administrations and Will Contests, preparing Trust Administration Accountings and Probate Code 16061.7 Notifications, Petitions for Trust Interpretations, preparing  the transfer of real property to Trust, corresponding with Assessor’s Office and financial institutions for Affidavits of Small Estates, and various Government agencies on behalf of Estates, Trusts, and clients. She has also assisted with the preparation and drafting of advanced estate planning documents including Revocable Living Trusts, Pour Over Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, transfer of real estate property by way of Trust Transfer Deed and Interspousal Deed.

Judy resides in Anaheim, Orange County.  She likes staying active with hiking and outdoor camping on the weekends.  She actively participates in CrossFit and weightlifting.
