Shannon C. Papazis is an associate attorney at Ferruzzo. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2007, received her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2011, and was admitted to the California bar in 2012.
Ms. Papazis has experience representing clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, in both state and federal court, including probate, contract, business, real property, civil rights, and adversary proceedings. Ms. Papazis represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, from intake through settlement or trial. Her current focus is in the areas of Trust and Probate Litigation, including the litigation of guardianship and conservatorship matters.
In her final year of law school, Ms. Papazis worked as a Certified Law Clerk at the Rancho Cucamonga District Attorney’s Office. During her second year of law school, she had the honor of serving as a judicial extern for The Honorable David T. Bristow and The Honorable Stephen G. Larson of the United States District Court. Additionally, she was an Associate Editor on the University of La Verne Law Review and the Chief Articles Editor of the Journal of Law, Business & Ethics, a Journal that she assisted in bringing to her law school as President of the Society of Legal Studies and Business.
