TAX CUT AND JOBS ACT OF 2017 / REVIEW OF CURRENT ESTATE PLAN
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), which was signed into law by President Trump on December 22, 2017 (the "New Tax Law"), may have an impact on your current estate plan. Now is a good time for a review of your old estate plan, if you haven't done one recently. Some of the many changes created by the New Tax Law could hurt or be beneficial to your estate plan. Yet every plan is different and the only way to know is to consider a review to determine if you want to make any changes.
